Your monthly allowance (Solo 60, Comfort 150, All-in 300) is topped up again on the first of each month. Whatever you did not use the month before is carried over once – up to one full monthly allowance on top. Points you buy never expire.

Nothing happens automatically. You can buy 25 more points for $9 or wait for the next month. There is no automatic top-up and no cost you do not trigger yourself.

Monthly plans end at the end of the current month, annual plans at the end of their term. Your website stays online until then. After that, you move your domain elsewhere or we take the website offline – you can export your data beforehand.

With annual billing you pay ten monthly prices for twelve months in advance – two months free. Monthly billing keeps you flexible: cancel any time at the end of the month. The price you start with stays the same – even after the first year.

All prices are net plus VAT, because PageKoala is aimed exclusively at businesses. The tax is shown on the invoice; with a valid VAT ID, customers elsewhere in the EU are billed under the reverse-charge procedure.

As many as your points allowance (3 points per page) and your plan allow – with a deliberate cap of 30 new subpages per month. Google downgrades websites that gain huge numbers of pages in a short time. If you permanently need more, plan it with your expert.

Hosting in Germany, SSL certificate, daily backups and traffic are included in every plan – with no visitor cap and no forced upgrades. If a website gets big, we upgrade our server, not your plan. The only fixed limit is image storage: 2 GB on Solo, 10 GB on Comfort, 50 GB on All-in. Fair use only applies to abusive use, such as video streaming or download portals.

Any time, with one click in your account. When you upgrade, the difference is charged pro rata on your next invoice; when you downgrade, the new price applies from the next billing period.
